Unser Besuch in der Brasserie war rundum gelungen. Wir haben uns für die Schnitzel entschieden und waren begeistert! aussen schön knusprig, innen zart und saftig, geschmacklich wirklich hervorragend. Man merkt, dass hier mit hochwertigen Zutaten und viel Können gearbeitet wird. Auch die Portionsgröße war mehr als zufriedenstellend. Das Ambiente ist angenehm und passt perfekt zum Brasserie-Stil, der Service freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Preis liegt zwar nicht im unteren Bereich, ist aber angesichts der Qualität, des Geschmacks und des Gesamterlebnisses absolut gerechtfertigt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können die Brasserie klar weiterempfehlen.

The service and knowledge of local wines was second to none, in a traditional swiss setting. The starter, first course truffle with fresh homemade noodle shined. Fish of the day with lobster risotto while in a land locked country, (I should have thought twice) was surprisingly the freshest I have tasted in Switzerland, however was slight tougher than I am used to. I would dine here again, maybe not seafood. Thanks to the team for a great experience .

Eine der besten Küchen in der ganzen Region. Die Spezialität aus Österreich (Schnitzel, Knödel) sind umwerfend. Ein wahrer Zauberer in der Küche der Herr Meyer. Spezielle Weinkarte mit nicht alltäglichen Weinen. Ein sehr gepflegtes und stimmiges Ambiente. Nur das Praliné mit Dill (Oder sost einem Gewürz) ist etwas Geschmackssache....
